These hakama feature some Aikido-specific features. Most notably, the sewn inner pleats to maintain proper shape and a soft koshi-ita (lumbar support) for ukemi (fall) comfort. While not made in Japan, these hakama undergo rigorous quality control and ensure we remain true to them. Made from Tetron (65% polyester / 35% rayon blend), these hakama are lightweight and durable.
